3 cups of coffee (w/3 tsp. creamer, and Splenda, ea.): 90 cal

Lunch:

Frozen Single Serving cheese pizza: 460 cal

Supper:

Veggie burger: 230 cal

Snack:

1/3 bag of Sweet & Buttery Popcorn: 40 cal
2 single serving bags of Teddy Grahams: 120 cal

5 glasses of water

Total Calories: 1,163

Here's my points for yesterday:

Pumpkin Applesauce Cake - 4

1/2 cup skim milk - 1.5
Weight Control Instant Oatmeal - 2.3
Coffee with fat free creamer - .8

4 oz Split Chicken Breast, baked - 4.4
1 cup Rice and Vermicelli - 3.5
1 cup Peas - 0

Tater Tots (8) - 8.4 (yowza! But they were gooooooood!)
94% fat free popcorn - 0
WW icecream bar - 2

I drank 60oz of water, and did a half hour of moderate exercise at Curves.

I had .9 points left. Nothing like cutting it close, eh? LOL
