Roughly translated, it means "I now receive", but it's used as an expression of gratitude before a meal given or made by someone else. There really isn't an English equivalent.

FS: haha. I caught her making a not-so-happy face! She looks worried! LOL. She really did enjoy her sushi though. She is turning out to be kind of a picky eater.

Tova: Doesn't she look like such a big girl? She is getting enough hair now that I was able to clip a bow into it tonight.
