Isabella is 2 weeks and 5 days old today, and she had her first professional photos done.  I'm obviously biased, but I think they turned out great.

We won't tell daddy how much we spent!

lol...they're ALL way cute. I especially like the pink tulle ones and the combat boots one.

Whatever you spent, those pictures are worth every single dime.

What a beautiful girl you have there Tex.  She is so alert for two weeks old.  I LOVE the desert boot one.  Fantastic!

Marcie: Welcome back.

Thanks. It's funny, the girl who took them was worried about her being asleep in the dress photos, but I love it. I knew we'd get her eyes open once I stripped her down for the boots photo. There's also a great pic of her crying. I think it's precious to have photos of her doing all the things she does.

I have a feeling daddy will agree. I can't wait to send these to him.

Thank you. She's really a precious little baby. When she's awake, she's totally bright-eyed.

I LOVE the desert boot one. Fantastic!

I saw that on a pricey professional site (I stole it for my JU icon), and wanted to copy it. We changed it up some, but I'm still so in love with it.

The pink one looks like one of those Anne Geddes pictures.
She is a princess and the photos are priceless.

Thanks for sharing. There is nothing more sweeter than baby pictures.

Wow, what a beautiful little girl she is, Tex. I know Toni will be tearing up when she sees these photos. She gets like this whenever she sees a friend's baby. The desert boot photo is superb. She'd win any 'Beautiful Baby' competition hands down (but then, I might be biased too. )

Great pics, Tex. She's beautiful! I too, love the combat boot one being an usaf wife. The pink ones are gorgeous too! I'm so into pink these days now that I've had little Abby.

Aw Daddy - you feet are bigger than she is!

Her tiny diddy ickle feet pictured in your hands - what a great shot and the other black and white one - lovely!

I love every single one of those! What an angel! Isn't it fun to dress up a girl after having two boys?!

I'm impressed you got her in for photos so soon. I didn't manage to Ashley in until she was 3 months.

The one with the boots is amazing. Great job!

She is adorable. My favorite is the pink girly girl one. It must be because I have three boys but I just can't resist all that frilly stuff.

I couldn't help it, a huge awwwwwww the entire time I scrolled down the page...and then up to look at them again. She is SO cute!

Gorgeous! The pics are great too!

BTW....I just sent a package off to you.

She's very cute Tex. It looks as though you're making absolutely sure she knows she's a girl!

She looks really worried in that forth photo - I can imagine her thinking "What the hell are you doing with that thing!".

Very adorable. I like the second last photo.

Heh, here's a little OT tidbit: Anne Geddes photos are on the no-go list for mailing to deployed Soldiers. They're considered pornography.

She is a princess and the photos are priceless.

Thanks! I can't stop looking at them.

Awww. That's too sweet.

Hehe. This is one of the many reasons why I love you guys so much!

LW: Right back atcha.

PS - I will email you back. You know how much I suck at email.

Arlya:
Great pics, Tex. She's beautiful!

Thanks!

I was really happy that the photographer was willing to play around with that one. The morning of the photos I was scrambling for some boots, and the pair I found upstairs had mud and blood and who knows what else on them, and I was beginning to think I wouldn't be able to do the photo (I'm not going to photograph my baby with icky boots, LOL), but then I found a new pair of Gortex boots in the garage...never been worn. Perfect.

The pink ones are gorgeous too! I'm so into pink these days now that I've had little Abby.

Hehe, I get lots of comments on how crazy I've gone with the pink! It's so fun, though, isn't it? (Especially for me with 2 boys at home!) How old is your baby?

Jennifer:
Aw Daddy - you feet are bigger than she is!

Hahahha...size 13 feet!

Her tiny diddy ickle feet pictured in your hands - what a great shot and the other black and white one - lovely!

Thanks. I love her little feet to pieces. My husband calls them monkey toes because the big toe is so far from the other toes...it looks like a little opposable thumb. Hehe.

Jill:

My gosh, it is SO fun! I always loved dressing the boys, but this takes it to a whole new level.

I'm impressed you got her in for photos so soon. I didn't manage to Ashley in until she was 3 months.

I wanted to catch her as a newborn before the big smiles and chubby cheeks that are coming in the future...but I tried not to go in too early. Photo studios are so full of germs! Ugh.

Did you do the photos on Ashley's birth announcements yourself? I thought they were professional photos...they were really beautiful and sweet and so well done.

The one with the boots is amazing. Great job!

Thanks. How did you resist having "just one more"? Hehe. I think there's something special about a house full of boys, though!

LH:

Thanks! I've looked at them again and again. I can't believe something so precious belongs to me!

FS:
Gorgeous! The pics are great too!

Thank you.

BTW....I just sent a package off to you.

You're too sweet. I'll be looking for it in the mail. Thanks!

Toblerone:

Hehe. I'm ensuring that someday she becomes a complete and total tomboy, huh?

She looks really worried in that forth photo - I can imagine her thinking "What the hell are you doing with that thing!".

So true! She frequently makes this uber frowny face...like the one in the pic x 10! It's so funny.

I actually think she looks a lot like her oldest brother did when he was a baby.

Raven:
Very adorable. I like the second last photo.

Thanks!

Because I'm already loca enough. I would just end up with a whole baseball team and no little girls. There was a time when I considered adopting a Chinese baby girl but I think that's off the table now. My boys will have to be enough and I think they are. Maybe I'll have girl grandbabies some day.
