I am SO glad that he's home. It seems like 'bella is taken to her Daddy pretty well too, huh? Davey didn't want anything to do with his dad when he came back froam Dhahran.

Later on I went back and listened more closely to the song you included. Indeed, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. You must've developed so much strength over the past year and a half, I can't even imagine.
